Highland Business Association strives to keep the community informed of upcoming news, events, and services in our area. Local businesses have the opportunity to join the HBA to become involved in supporting our community, as well as promoting their businesses and events.
Many community and non-profit organizations would like to builder a stronger connection with area businesses and residents, but these very groups who give back so much to the community have limited funds for promoting their services. The HBA is therefore starting a new category of membership called “Community Organizations”. This category may include non-profit organizations, governmental units or elected officials, or public institutions.
These groups can now get the same benefits of business membership without paying the business rate. HBA will now provide a separate category listing for Community Organization members, in addition to the Business Member listings, in all of our publications.
The benefits of HBA Community Organization membership include:
· Community Organization listing in the 20,000 copies of our annual directory - delivered to every house and business in Highland and White Lake Townships,
· Community Organization Listing on our web site’s member directory,
· Discounted rates for expo events,
· Networking opportunities at our events,
· Monthly newsletter and email updates,
· Many advertising opportunities, and
· Membership in our two divisions, Women In Business and White Lake Township Business Association, included with your dues.
The new reduced rate is $50 annually. Please note that dues must be paid by February 1, 2010 to be included in the 2010 HBA directory. To become a member, please fill out a registration form and be sure to include the words “Community Organization” under Type of Business.
We encourage you to take full advantage of your membership by attending luncheons and participating in other events. For more information, please give us a call at 248-889-1422 or email to info@theHBA.net. We look forward to helping your organization be a stronger force in the community. |
